If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Returns and requests for Refund can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange of Mats is not acceptable as our mats are custom-made to order based on customers’ specific needs which are different from the others.
- Items should be in a good condition and NOT USED along with original tags. The item should also be in the same brand box.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- For Fitting Issues and Defective and Damage Items. It is mandatory that you provide us with Photos or Video as proof, as these will be examined and replacement is free of charge.
- Returning mats. Please take note that the Customer is at full responsibility for paying for shipping the mats back and should be returned to the sender’s address provided on the shipping label.
- If you notice any defect on your purchase or any other issue with your order, please make a prompt report to us accordingly, you have a maximum of 7 days to return the item from the delivery date. Beyond this time, you have no right to request a refund and/or a return.
- You shall bear full responsibility for any return that you make to the wrong address.
- A failed attempt delivery is not applicable for a refund, as the receiver of the package you shall be at your full responsibility to be available or attend to your orders during delivery.
- Once your returns have been received and inspected, F1Mats shall issue a partial refund deducting 25% of the specific item order amount (25% includes material and manpower costs). Please note that the expedited fees to return the mats is non-refundable as it is the customer’s full responsibility to return the mats.
- The following are not eligible for return and refund:
- Dislike in Color or Design
Our mats are made to order, and customers are responsible for picking the choice of their color and design before placing the order
- Mats for Classic Cars
Please note that all our mats are custom-made in order to suit your individual vehicles. We do not offer a return or refund on this type of order as these cars are rare unless any reason is agreed upon between us and the customer.
F1Mats will not be held responsible for wrong custom made product and delivery address mistakes.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such. For any alteration advised by our team, a refund of maximum $50 only will be applied on your order.
- You may not withhold any payment due to us in respect of any other Goods pending the resolution of a claim for a return.
Important Notice for Cars & Slingshots:
Dear customer, please take note that all F1Mats Floor Mats are custom measured to fit each vehicle as it leaves the manufacturing unit. Hence, any additional modifications made to the vehicle, may or may not result in the mats fitting as intended based on the vehicle’s original measurements. In such cases, unfortunately, F1Mats cannot take responsibility for the product not fitting as it should since the mats are designed initially based on the original vehicle’s set-up. We would highly recommend ensuring, prior to ordering, that customers be aware that any modification done to the vehicle post placing an order can hinder the fit of the product, and in such cases, F1Mats shall not issue any refunds. 14. Please note that you have an obligation to make purchases carefully and to ensure the order fits all your needs. A change of mind is not an acceptable reason for the return of purchased goods.
